Admission to KCA University’s graduate programs is granted subject to fulfilment of minimum admission requirements as specified by each program’s host faculty/school. The university receives applications for admission to graduate programs in either the January, May, or September intake.
After identifying a graduate program that they are interested in and choosing the intake in which they would like to join KCA University, prospective graduate students are requested to fill the Application for Admission Form applicable for their respective program and pay the application fee, if applicable. Application for Admission forms can be obtained from the office of the University Registrar in the main campus and at reception desks in other campuses. Application forms, alongside application procedures, can also be accessed online at http://tinyurl.com/ApplyKCA
The filled Application for Admission Form alongside the banking slip of the application fee and certified copies of relevant certificates, transcripts, and testimonials should be returned to the office of the registrar (at the main campus) or the front offices of the various campuses.
The admission decision is usually made instantaneously if all the supporting documents are appended. However, there might be a delay if all documents have not been attached or if there are material issues with the submitted supporting documents.
